Ugo Colombo’s Brickell Flatiron condominium broke ground last week and Italian interior architect Massimo losa Ghini has released some new renderings of the 64-story tower's amenities. They include the wine bar, billiards room, cigar room, home theater, elevator lobby, community room, playroom, and sky spa. Iosa Ghini has also partnered with New York-based artist Julian Schnabel to design large-scale artwork for the building's public spaces. The 736-foot tower at 1001 South Miami Avenue will have 549 units.
